二氯喹啉酸制备

1.在氯化铁、磺的催化下,邻硝基甲苯于35~45℃通氯氯化,得氯代邻硝基甲苯混合物,经精制分离出3-氯代-2-甲基硝基苯;产物经加氢还原,得3-氯-2-甲苯胺。通过Surup环合、氯化、氧化、水解得二氯喹啉酸。

2.邻硝基甲苯于35~45℃通氯气氯化,在氯化铁、碘的催化作用下,得氯代邻硝基甲苯混合物,经精制分离出3-氯代-2-甲基硝基苯,经加氢还原得3-氯-2-甲基苯胺。将定量的3-氯-2-甲基苯胺、硫酸及碘化钾加入反应釜中,搅拌下滴加甘油,反应得7-氯-8-甲基喹啉,而后在偶氮二异丁腈的二氯苯中,于40℃下通入氯气,生成3,7-二氯-8-氯甲基喹啉,再经氧化水解,即得二氯喹啉酸。
