N-亚硝基二苯胺制备
1、由二苯胺与亚硝酸钠在硫酸存在下反应得:亚硝化反应以乙醇或二甲苯(或氯苯)为溶剂,亚硝酸钠溶液含量为40%,浓硫酸含量为30%,在26℃左右反应2.5-3h。反应产物水洗至PH值6-7。当采用乙醇为溶剂时,烘干后得到固体产品;当采用二甲苯或氯苯为溶剂时,获得液体产物,产物需用氯化钙干燥。
2、苯胺以无水三氯化铝为催化剂,进行缩合反应。反应产物经盐酸沿析、氢氧化钠中合、煮洗、真空蒸馏、用乙醇结晶、分离即得成品。
