明胶

明胶用途

1.30kg白皮袋装,内衬牛皮纸和防潮纸各一层。存放于干燥库房中,防止受潮霉变。

2.明胶为亲水性胶体,具有保护胶体作用,可用作增稠剂、稳定剂、澄清剂、发泡剂等。工业上用作制造砂轮、砂纸、铅笔、火柴等的胶黏剂;织物、皮革、纸张的上光上浆剂;洗矿水悬浮物絮凝胶;化妆品乳液增稠剂及稳定剂;瓶口封口剂;制造油墨辊筒材料、高级纸和钞票纸填料及细菌培养基等。明胶是一种动物性蛋白质,营养价值颇高,食品工业中用来制造肉冻、果酱、果冻、蛋糕、色拉、胶质点心、糖果等食品;啤酒、汽水内加明胶可增加醇厚感;还可用作酒类、酒精的澄清剂。医药上用作止血剂、碘及矾中毒的解毒剂、栓剂基剂、湿布基剂,以及用作制造胶囊、甘油明胶的原料。照相工业用于制造干板、照相软片、照相硬片、电影胶片、X光胶片、航空用胶片等。

3.用于增稠剂、稳定剂、澄清剂、发泡剂。明胶是亲水性胶体,具有保护胶体的性质,可作为疏水胶体的稳定剂、乳化剂。又为两性电解质,故在水溶液中可将带电微粒凝聚成块,因此可用作澄清剂 ( 如酒类、酒精) 。还有稳定泡沫的作用,本身也有起泡性,尤其在凝固温度附近时,起泡性更强。黏度因分子量分布情况而异,黏度与凝胶强度尚受p H、温度、电解质等影响。根据其功能性质,用途可分两类。一类用其胶体的保护能力作分散剂,用于生产感光材料、细菌培养及制药、食品等。另一类利用其黏结能力作黏结剂,用于造纸、印刷、纺织、印染和电镀等工业部门。在化妆品中,明胶属动物亲水溶性天然高分子物质,多用作黏液质。可用于乳膏和乳液中,提高乳化、分散功能,特别是含有无机粉末底料的分散体和乳液具有稳定化功能 ( 保护胶体效能) ,还有增黏、胶化功能。还可制成凝胶产品。

明胶制备

1.一般由新鲜牛奶经脱脂、加酸(乳酸、醋酸、盐酸或硫酸均可)凝固、干燥而制得。

新鲜牛奶→脱脂35~40℃沉淀↓酸(pH=46)→清洗→

甩水→干燥→成品

2.主要方法有石灰乳法和盐酸法两种制法。石灰乳法 将牛皮、猪皮等变质的下脚皮的内层油脂刮去,切块,放在3.0%~4.0%的石灰乳中浸泡30~40d,并经常搅拌,中间换石灰乳4~6次。浸泡后的生皮取出、洗净,在搅拌下用10%的盐酸中和3~4h,使pH值在6.0~6.5。然后按1;1加水,加热至60~70℃蒸煮,每隔一定时间抽取胶水。将稀胶水送入蒸发器浓缩,使相对密度为1.03~1.07。冷却、干燥,温度控制在28℃左右。粉碎得成品。

盐酸法 将碎骨在45~50℃下用苯提油后水洗,用3.5盐酸法 将碎骨在45~50℃下用苯提油后水洗,用3.5%~4.5%的盐酸浸泡软化得骨素粗品。水洗至pH值3.5左右,再用3.0%~3.5%的石灰乳浸泡30~50d,中间换石灰乳5~6次。取出后水洗,用0.2%盐酸中和至pH值3.5~4.0,放掉中和液另加清水,再用0.5%盐酸中和至pH值3.0。清水洗涤,浸泡4~5h,然后用稀氢氧化钠溶液洗涤,浸泡16~20h后用水冲洗,得到精制骨素。骨素在64~85℃下熬胶7道,得到的胶水经浓缩、干得明胶。

3.以动物皮、骨及结缔组织为原料,经提纯和初级水解后加工制得。
