聚四氟乙烯制备
将各种助剂加入反应釜中,四氟乙烯单体以气相进入聚合釜,调节釜内温度至25℃,然后加入一定量的活化剂(偏重亚硫酸钠),通过氧化还原体系进行引发聚合。聚合过程中不断补加单体,保持聚合压力0.49~0.78MPa,聚合后所得到的分散液用水稀释至一定浓度,并调节温度到15~20℃,用机械搅拌凝聚后,经水洗、干燥,即得本品为细粒状树脂。
