[体内研究]

右旋糖酐铁(FeDex,IP,4周,300μL 10 mg)治疗不会增加NSR铁,但会导致铁滞留在tetinal脉管系统[1]。在2个月大的WT小鼠体内注射4周IP-FeDex可导致RPE和rVECs中的铁积聚,但不会增加NSR铁或诱导光感受器退化[1]。动物模型：野生型和RS-HepcKO小鼠[1]。剂量：IP。给药：每天10毫克,300微升,每周5天,连续2或4周。与对照组相比,pbx组和fedx组的铁含量分别升高了4.4倍和4.4倍。

右旋糖酐铁制备

是右旋糖酐与铁的络合物。取平均相对分子质量在5000～7500的右旋糖酐液与三氯化铁络合。先用活性炭对右旋糖酐液进行脱色，然后和三氯化铁溶液混合在701苯乙烯型弱碱性阴离子交换树脂中进行洗脱。浓缩洗液再制剂即可。
