吐温 85制备

将1 mol斯盘80预热后投入反应釜，在搅拌下加入催化剂量的氢氧化钠水溶液，开搅拌，抽真空脱水。用氮气置换釜中空气后，升温至140℃开始通环氧乙烷22 mol，反应温度维持在180～190℃，通完环氧乙烷后，停止抽真空。冷却将料液打入中和釜用醋酸中和至酸值2左右，再用适量双氧水脱色，最后脱水至含水量3%，冷却出料包装即得成品。
