聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)制备

1. 浮聚合或溶液-本体聚合制得的粒状树脂称为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯模塑料或有机玻璃模塑料。由乳液聚合制得的树脂乳液一般为共聚物，甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为硬单体用以调节成膜的软硬度。由溶液聚合制得的树脂溶液一般亦为共聚物，主要用于涂料工业。

2. 由甲基丙烯酸甲酯、引发剂（偶氮二异丁腈或过氧化苯甲酰）、硬脂酸、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯经预聚合、浇注、冷却、脱模而制得。
