[体外研究]

枯草杆菌蛋白酶复合蛋白酶在二甲基甲酰胺中选择性的酰化二糖、寡糖、核苷和相关的大分子[1]。枯草杆菌蛋白酶复合蛋白酶在活化的丁酸三氟乙酯 (TFEB)存在下,可以酰化黄烷醇异槲皮素 (1) 的 D)-葡萄糖[3]。枯草杆菌蛋白酶复合蛋白酶改善了蛋白质和脂肪酸的溶解度,恢复了多肽和不饱和脂肪酸[4]。

[体内研究]

枯草杆菌蛋白酶复合蛋白酶水解产物 (150 mg/kg和 300 mg/kg口服；一天一次持续 6.周) (≤1kDa的葡糖乳蛋白水解物,英里/小时)对作业/作业小鼠具有抗肥胖和抗高血糖作用[4]。
