磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶

磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)是一种二氧化碳固定酶,在Mg2+存在下,以不可逆的方式将磷酸烯醇式碳酸氢盐和碳酸氢盐转化为草酰乙酸盐和无机磷。磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶催化景天酸代谢植物中CO(2)的初级同化。磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶在确定植物昼夜代谢模式中起主要作用[1][2]。
