丙烯酸甲酯(MA)制备

丙烯甲酯生产方法有:丙烯腈水解法、丙烯直接氧化法和乙烯酮法。

1.丙烯腈水解法 以丙烯腈为原料,在浓硫酸存在的情况下进行水解,水解后的丙烯酰胺硫酸盐再与甲醇进行反应得到丙烯酸甲酯。用丙烯腈水化法生产的丙烯酸甲酯,每吨产品消耗丙烯腈(98%)860kg、甲醇(95%)960kg、硫酸(93%)2000kg。

2.丙烯直接氧化法 以丙烯为原料,第一步氧化丙烯醛,再氧化成丙烯酸。丙烯酸再与甲醇反应生成丙烯酸甲酯。用丙烯直接氧化法生产丙烯酸甲酯,每吨产品消耗丙烯(95%)544kg。

3.乙烯酮法乙烯酮与甲醛以三氟化硼为催化剂进行缩合,再用甲醇急冷,同时酯化生成丙烯酸甲酯。

4.丙烯酸与甲醇酯化法 将丙烯酸、甲醇、可膨胀石墨依次加入平底烧瓶中,加入丙烯酸与甲醇物质的量比为1.15∶1。连接分水器、回流冷凝管,置于磁力加热搅拌器上加热搅拌,待反应一段时间后,冷却。用皂化法计算产率(用碱液中和剩余丙烯酸,再加入定量KOH溶液进行皂化,然后用标准HCl溶液滴定过量的KOH,计算出酯收率)。同时对酯进行分离,将反应液蒸馏,收集65~95℃馏分得粗产物。用5%NaCO3溶液洗至中性,用饱和NaCl溶液洗涤2次,再用无水NaSO4干燥后蒸馏,收集72~74℃馏分,即得产品。

5.改良雷珀法 改良的雷珀法为罗姆哈斯法和道巴底斯法。前者主要用气态一氧化碳来代替80%的羰基镍中的一氧化碳;后者又称高压雷珀法,主要以四氢呋喃为溶剂。
①改良雷珀法。此法反应开始后,一氧化碳与乙炔和醇生成丙烯酸酯,通入的一氧化碳代替羰基镍中的一氧化碳,就可减少羰基镍的再生与镍的回收。反应的溶剂为醇。反应温度为30~50℃,压力为0.1~0.2MPa,乙炔与一氧化碳配比为(1.01~1.10):1(摩尔比),甲醇与总一氧化碳配比为(1.1~3)∶1(摩尔比)。酸量保持在羰基镍的80%~99%(摩尔比),用以抑制氯代丙酸的生成。此法特点是在常压下操作,设备容易解决,但仍需要制备有毒物羰基镍。
②高压雷珀法。以四氢呋喃为溶剂,以氯化钯为催化剂、氯化铜为促进剂,在200~225℃和8.11~10.13MPa下进行反应。反应器顶部未反应的乙炔气体经洗去丙烯酸后循环使用,反应器底部的丙烯酸与四氢呋喃溶液,蒸出四氢呋喃后即得丙烯酸。以乙炔计丙烯酸收率约90%,以一氧化碳计收率约85%,然后丙烯酸在硫酸或离子交换树脂介质中与甲醇进行酯化,即得丙烯酸甲酯。如在生产丁酯以上的高级酯时用酸性催化剂进行连续酯化;生产丙烯酸乙酯时,用离子交换树脂为催化剂,得到丙烯酸酯。此法的特点是:用四氢呋喃为溶剂,将反应所需的乙炔先溶解在四氢呋喃中,这样可减少高压处理乙炔的危险,同时不用羰基镍,只需用镍盐作催化剂。但此法操作压力较高,因此设备材质要求较高。
