CHYMASE 人

糜蛋白酶是一种主要存在于肥大细胞(MC)、成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞中的蛋白质消化酶。Chymase在炎症信号、组织损伤和细胞应激的背景下被释放到细胞外基质中。糜蛋白酶还参与血管紧张素II(Ang II)的产生,用于心血管疾病研究[1]。
