对叔丁基苯酚用途

【用途一】
用作合成抗氧剂
【用途二】
对叔丁基酚在农药上用于杀螨剂炔螨特的合成,也是杀菌剂新品种螺环菌胺(spiroxamine)的原料。它具有抗氧化性质,可用于橡胶、肥皂、氯代烃和硝化纤维的稳定剂;它是医药(驱虫剂)、香料、合成树脂的原料;软化剂、溶剂、染料与涂料的添加剂;还可用作油田用破乳剂成分及车用油添加剂。
【用途三】
(1)用于油溶性酚醛树脂,该品与甲醛缩聚可得到多种用途的产品。在氯丁系胶粘剂中掺入该品10-15%,获得可溶性树脂,此类胶粘剂主要用于运输,建筑、土木、制鞋等。在印刷油墨方面,可用于松香改性、胶版印刷、高级照相凹版等。在绝缘清漆方面,可应用于线圈浸渍清漆和层压板清漆等。(2)用于聚碳酸酯生产,作光气法聚碳酸酯的反应终止剂,添加量为树脂的1-3%。(3)用于环氧树脂、二甲苯树脂改性;作聚氯乙烯稳定剂、表面活性剂、紫外线吸收剂。(4)具有抗氧化性能,可用作橡胶、肥皂、氯代烃和硝化纤维的稳定剂。还是驱虫剂(医药)、杀螨剂克螨特(农药)及植物保护剂、香料、合成树脂的原料,也可用作软化剂、溶剂、染料与油漆的添加剂。还可用作油田用破乳剂的成分及车用机油添加剂。
【用途四】
本品用于聚碳酸树脂、叔丁基酚醛树脂、环氧树脂改性、二甲苯树脂改性、聚氯乙烯的稳定剂外,还用作紫外线吸收剂,农药、橡胶、涂料等防龟裂剂,润滑油的抗氧剂、分散剂、润滑剂、洗涤剂、助燃剂及苯乙烯的稳定剂、染料与油漆的添加剂及工业驱虫剂等。

对叔丁基苯酚上下游产品

对叔丁基苯酚制备

1.由苯酚与异丁烯为原料以阳离子交换树脂作催化剂制得。

2.由苯酚与二异丁烯反应制得。反应过程除得到叔丁基酚以外,还同时联产对辛基苯酚4-(tert-Octyl)phenol,[140-66-9]。

3.由苯酚与叔丁醇反应,经水洗、结晶、离心分离、干燥得成品。

4.对叔丁基酚有3种工艺路线。
(1)由苯酚与异丁烯为原料制得。
以阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,在流化床内于80~140℃进行催化烷基化,反应含量为60%~70%,所得混合叔丁基酚经固定床催化转位成对叔丁基酚,然后减压精馏,分离出过量苯酚再循环使用,并得产品对叔丁基酚,以异丁烯计收率为90%以上。
(2)由苯酸与2,4,4-三甲基-2-戊烯(二聚异丁烯)反应而得。
反应过程除得到对叔丁基酚以外,还同时联产对辛基苯酚。
(3)由苯酚与叔丁醇反应而得。
将无水三氯化铝与石油醚混合,搅拌下慢慢加入苯酚,用冰水冷却,再慢慢加入叔丁醇,加完后搅拌15min,再分批加入无水三氯化铝,最后搅拌4~5h,慢慢加到1∶1盐酸中,静置,分出石油层,水层用石油醚提取,合并石油醚溶液用水洗涤,分净水后回收石油醚,减压蒸馏得成品。采用此工艺进行工业生产时,合成反应在145~150℃下进行。

采用杂多酸催化合成 将苯酚、杂多酸催化剂H4SiW12O40·狓H2O一起加入反应器中,在不断搅拌下加热到110℃,匀速通入一定量的异丁烯气体,反应4~5h,倒出反应液进行水洗、重结晶、过滤、干燥即得成品。较佳的反应条件是:反应温度110℃,苯酚与异丁烯的摩尔比为1∶2,反应时间为4.5h,催化剂用量占苯酚质量的3%,在该条件下,产品的收率可达85%,与硫酸催化合成对叔丁基苯酚相比,提高收率20%左右。
