将60g4,4'-二硝基二苯基二硫、300ml浓盐酸和60ml浓硝酸混合，加热至80℃，通入氯气反应。反应结束，将生成的磺酰氯倾出，用80℃水洗涤得到粗品，经冰乙酸重结晶，得72g对硝基苯磺酰氯。
