L-酵母氨酸用途

Saccharopine (L-Saccharopine) 是赖氨酸的降解中间体,是一种线粒体毒素。赖氨酸-酮戊二酸还原酶将赖氨酸和 α-酮戊二酸转化为 Saccharopine。糖精脱氢酶将 Saccharopine 氧化为 α-氨基己酸酯半醛和谷氨酸。Saccharopine 通过破坏线粒体稳态而损害发育。
