whiten and brighten fibrin products
1.Dip-dye Whitening
The conditions of VBL’S dip-dye whitening are similar to the direct dye.
For example: cotton cloth dip-dye Whitening
VBL 0.1-0.3% (fabric weight)
anhydrous sodium sulfate:0-20% (plant weight)
Processing conditions, bath ratio 1:20-1: 40,PH 7-9,Temperature:
20 - 40Deg,Time: 20-30 minutes
Drying condition: drying temperature is usually the 70 - 80 Deg
2.Pad dying Whitening
Pad dying fabric whitening usually needs refining bleaching, dechlorination,
drying, speed is generally30-40 m / min or so, two Baptist 2 rolling,
rolling liquid rate: 70-100%, temperature: 40 -50 Deg, PH = 7-9
For example: cotton cloth whitening
VBL 0.5-3 g / l,Opened powder 0.25-0.5 g / l,Use:
VBL is mainly used to whiten and brighten white cellulose fabric, paper,
light-colored cellulose fabrics, dial dye printing etc..
