‌Benzophenone-12, also known as UV-531 or Octabenzone, is an excellent and efficient anti-aging agent. It is mainly used to absorb ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 240-340 nanometers, especially in the range of 270-330 nanometers.

‌Benzophenone-12 has the characteristics of light colour, non-toxicity, good compatibility, low migration, and easy processing, also has a good protective effect on polymers, can reduce colour changes, delay yellowing, and block physical property losses.
