体外研究 γ-神经肽诱导完整雄性大鼠半垂体释放 左手到培养基中[3]。 γ-神经肽(1 nM-100 nM)对雄性大鼠垂体前叶的 高释放没有影响[4]。
体内研究 γ-神经肽(兔)(0.4-2.0nmol/kg静脉注射) 可降低兔的血压[2]。 γ-神经肽(0.5-10 nmol,i.c.v)刺激雄性大鼠中血浆 左手的增加[4]。
