甲氨蝶呤-d3(氨甲蝶呤-d3)是氘标记的甲氨蝶呤。甲氨蝶呤(氨甲喋呤),一种抗代谢和抗叶酸剂,抑制二氢叶酸还原酶,从而阻止叶酸转化为四氢叶酸,并抑制DNA合成。甲氨蝶呤也是一种免疫抑制剂和抗肿瘤剂,用于研究类风湿性关节炎和许多不同的癌症(如急性淋巴细胞白血病)[1][2][3]。
