[体外研究]

暴露72h时,氨基蝶呤(4-氨基叶酸)对CCRF-CEM细胞的IC50值为4.4nm[2]。氨基蝶呤(4-氨基叶酸)在低浓度下对人类白血病白细胞有丝分裂产生明显的抑制作用[4]。
