丙酸甲酯制备

1.由丙酸与甲醇酯化而得。将5kg丙酸；3kg甲醇和300g硫酸混合，加热回流6-8h，分去硫酸层，将酯层冷却。用粗品酯同体积的食盐水洗涤酯层，用碳酸钠溶液洗至无酸性，干燥后进行分馏可得3.5L丙酸甲酯。

精制方法：常含有游离的酸和醇及水等杂质。精制时用碳酸氢钠或碳酸钠饱和溶液洗涤，无水碳酸钠或硫酸钠干燥后精馏。也可用饱和氯化钠水溶液洗涤，无水碳酸钠干燥后在五氧化二磷存在下蒸馏。
