摘要

Abstract A facile synthesis of 2, 6-naphthyridine is described. Both 2, 6-and 2, 7- naphthyridine undergo with potassium amide under kinetically and thermodynamically controlled conditions σ-adduct formation at position 1. Chichibabin amination of 2, 6- naphthyridine yields 1-amino-2, 6-naphthyridine in 54% yield.
