摘要

Abstract A simple and efficient protocol for the synthesis of 2-aminobenzothiazoles by copper-catalyzed tandem reaction has been developed. In the presence of CuBr and Cs 2 CO 3, a variety of 2-haloanilines underwent the reaction with tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) efficiently to afford the corresponding 2-aminobenzothiazoles in moderate to excellent yields.
