摘要

Nucleophilic addition of aziridine to sulfonylacetylenes (RSO~ CECR') in benzene proceeds predominantly in a trans fashion. Increasing the bulk of R'results in lowering the rate of addition as well as trans stereoselectivity. A weak solvent and temperature effect was observed in the propynyl sulfones. Postisomerization was shown to occur spontaneously during work-up of some of these 1: l adducts and was also catalyzed by acetic acid, but ...
