摘要

To a mixture of methyl 3-aminocrotonate (1.15g, 10mmol) and methyl acetoacetate (1.5mL, 14mmol) in a minimum amount of hydrotrope solution (5mL) in a round-bottom flask attached to a spiral condenser filled with chilled CCl 4 , was added 4-hydroxy- benzaldehyde (1.22g, 10mmol), and the mixture was subjected to microwave irradiation for 5 min to yield crystals of 1a (2.06g, 65 %), mp 199°C, after cooling the reaction mixture. ...
