Solid-phase synthesis of [1, 2, 4] triazolo [3, 4-a] phthalazine and tetrazolo [5, 1-a] phthalazine derivatives

摘要

A general method is reported for the solid-phase synthesis of [1, 2, 4] triazolo [3, 4-a] phthalazine and tetrazolo [5, 1-a] phthalazine derivatives based on the cyclization of resin- bound chlorophthalazines with various hydrazides or sodium azide. The resin-bound chlorophthalazines, produced by nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction of dichlorophthalazine with the secondary amine resins, served as the key intermediate for ...
