用途： Phenoxodiol, a synthetic analog of Genestein, activates the mitochondrial caspase system, inhibits XIAP (an apoptosis inhibitor), and sensitizes the cancer cells to Fas-mediated apoptosis. This agent also inhibits DNA topoisomerase II by stabilizing the cleavable complex.
