前列腺素D2(PGD2；注入侧脑室；5-50 pmol/min；20:00至2:00之间持续6小时)诱导A2AR-KO小鼠的睡眠-觉醒曲线[2]。动物模型：雄性WT和A2AR-KO近交系C57BL/6小鼠(体重23-27g,11-13周龄)[1]剂量：5、10、20或50pmol/min给药：注入侧脑室；20:00至2:00之间持续6h结果：诱发睡眠-觉醒曲线。
