[体外研究]

用电压敏感染料DiBAC(4)(3)监测了这些化合物(10μm)对hekbalphabeta1膜电位的影响。过极化异丙酸诱导了大量的二氢异丙酸膜。二氢异丙酸(1-10微米)在全电池电压钳位下直接测量BKalphabeta1开口时激活BKalphabeta1[1]。
