OMP SODIUM SALT用途

奥罗替丁5'-单磷酸三钠是一种嘧啶核苷酸。在包括结核分枝杆菌、酿酒酵母、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和恶性疟原虫在内的许多微生物中,通过从头合成途径合成5'-单磷酸三钠,用于DNA合成。乳清酸5'-单磷酸三钠的合成使用磷酸核糖焦磷酸(PRPP)和乳清酸(OA)作为底物,由乳清酸磷酸核糖转移酶(OPRT)催化[1]。
