1.氢氧化锂法将硅酸钠与硫酸反应,生成水合硅酸与硫酸钠,取其水合硅酸与氢氧化锂反应,生成硅酸锂和水,制得硅酸锂产品。

2.将Li2CO3和SiO2在Pt坩埚中混合熔合(1215℃),再急剧冷却,在1180℃得到偏硅酸锂晶体。该反应进行很充分。

3.将浓的Na2SiO3溶液与化学计量的适当浓度的LiCl、LiOH溶液混合,再在80~90℃下加热一段时间,即得到颗粒状白色沉淀。将其在100℃以下加热即制得Li2SiO3固体。
