理化性质

甲苯二异氰酸酯为无色透明至淡黄色液体,有刺激性气味; 遇光颜色变深。分子式C9-H6-N2-O2。分子量174.16。相对密度1.22±0.01(25℃)。凝固点3.5~5.5 ℃(TDI-65); 11.5~13.5℃(TDI-80); 19.5~21.5℃。沸点251℃。闪点132℃(闭杯)。蒸气密度6.0。蒸气压0.13kPa(0.01mmHg20℃)。蒸气与空气混合物可燃限0.9~9.5% 。不溶于水; 溶于丙酮、乙酸乙酯和甲苯等。容易与包含有活泼氢原子的化合物:胺、水、醇、酸、碱发生反应,特别是与氢氧化钠和叔胺发生难以控制反应,并放出大量热。与水反应生成二氧化碳是聚氨酯泡沫塑料制造过程中的关键反应之一; 应避免受潮。在常温下聚合反应速度很慢,但加热至45℃以上或催化剂存在下能自聚生成二聚物。能与强氧化剂发生反应。遇热、明火、火花会着火。加热分解放出氰化物和氮氧化物。

消防措施

用干粉、二氧化碳灭火,大火用水施救。消防人员须穿戴防毒面具与防护服。

储运须知

泄漏处理

戴好防毒面具与手套。用四倍量消灰中和后扫起,倒至空旷地方掩埋或焚烧掉。对污染的地面用肥皂或洗涤剂刷洗,经稀释的污水放入废水系统。

接触机会

主要用于制造聚氨酯树脂及其泡沫塑料。生产和使用TDI者均可接触。

侵入途径

主要经呼吸道吸入,不能经无损皮肤吸收。

毒理学简介

大鼠经口LD50: 4130 mg/kg; 吸入LCLo: 600 ppm/6H。小鼠经口LD50: 1950 mg/kg; 吸入LC50: 9700 ppb/4H。兔经皮LD50: >10 mL/kg。

本品急性吸入毒性较高,经口毒性较低。主要有明显刺激和致敏作用。对眼、呼吸道粘膜和皮肤有刺激作用,并引起支气管哮喘。

人的嗅觉阈为0.35~0.92mg/m^3,另有报道为3mg/m^3。3~3.6mg/m^3时,对粘膜有刺激; 27.8mg/m^3时眼和呼吸道严重刺激。16mg/m^3,工作3~4周后,不少人出现急性上呼吸道炎; 0.5mg/m^3,工作一周,出现剧烈的咳嗽和呼吸困难。
TDI引起支气管哮喘,可能系异氰基团与体内的蛋白质的氨基结合后,生成异性蛋白,成为抗原诱发的变态反应; 也可同时有药理机制和刺激作用。

2,6-TDI的刺激作用比2,4-TDI为大。

临床表现

TDI主要影响呼吸系统。

接触较高浓度TDI时,可产生眼和上呼吸道刺激症状。眼部有发痒、辛辣痛感、流泪、视物模糊和结膜充血等症状,可发生角膜炎或角结膜炎; 并有咽喉干燥、剧烈咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难,可有喘息性支气管炎等症状。严重者可出现肺水肿。

部分工人经上述发作一次或数次之后,产生过敏。以后,即使极微量接触,亦能诱发支气管哮喘。哮喘发作前,有一定潜伏期。尤以夜间发作多见。一般脱离接触后可恢复,有时恢复较慢。

实验室检查如变应原皮肤试验、血清抗原特异性IgE测定、变应原支气管激发试验和肺功能测定等有助诊断。参见<职业性哮喘诊断标准及处理原则>。皮肤直接接触TDI,可产生刺激性接触性皮炎,也可引起变应性接触性皮炎。

处理

过量接触者应脱离现场。对症处理。哮喘性支气管炎和支气管哮喘发作时,可给予支气管解痉剂,如氨茶碱、喘定、异丙基肾上腺素等,并可给予抗过敏、祛痰、镇咳、抗炎等药物。严重者可应用糖皮质激素。接触性皮炎的治疗可参见
<化学物致刺激性接触性皮炎的治疗>。有明显的特应性体质者,如接触TDI后,反复发生过敏性哮喘或变应性接触性皮炎者应调离原工作。 标准

1.由2,4-二氨基甲苯与光气作用制得。先将固体二氨基甲苯溶于氯化苯中,在搅拌下升温至70℃得二氨基甲苯氯苯溶液,将回收光气化的氧化苯,放入低温光气锅中,补加一定液体光气后,在搅拌下滴加配好的二氨基甲苯溶液,在40℃进行光气化,再将低温光气化的物料放入高温锅中进行高温光气化,边升温边通气,约4h,反应一般在120~125℃进行;反应完毕,经用氮气赶气、蒸馏、精馏而得。
