1.碳酸镁法 在衬铅的反应器中,盛有过量的氢氟酸,在搅拌下加入菱镁矿矿浆,于90~95℃下进行反应。反应生成的氟化镁,经过滤、洗涤、在105℃左右进行干燥,再经粉碎,制得氟化镁成品。其反应方程式如下:

2.用一定量的电导水与99.99%的高纯氧化酶混合,用塑料棒搅拌成糊状,然后慢慢加入高纯氢氟酸(稍过量),搅拌后在水浴中煮5-6h,并不断搅拌。待氧化酶全部转化为氟化镁时,用煮沸的电导水倾析法洗涤两次,吸滤后,沉淀置于铂皿中于电炉上灼烧,不时搅拌,干燥后即得高纯氟化镁。 3.碳酸镁与氢氟酸反应。在聚乙烯烧杯中装入50g 46%的氢氟酸,加入42g水稀释为25%的氢氟酸。将烧杯放在冰水浴中冷却,边搅拌边加入48g碳酸镁,即有氟化镁沉淀产生,脱水后,于400℃干燥,所得氟化镁35g
3. 氟化镁的制法由于所用镁盐的不同而分为(1)碳酸镁法 系用氢氟酸与碳酸镁来制取;(2)氧化镁法 系用氢氟酸与氧化镁反应而得;(3)硫酸镁法 系用氟化钠与硫酸镁反应制得,也可用硫酸镁水溶液和氢氟酸(20%)反应而得。在衬铅的反应器中,盛有过量的氢氟酸(40%),在搅拌下加入200目菱镁矿粉熔于其中,于90℃反应30min,其反应式如下。
