1.在加热新制备的不含氧化锡的氧化亚锡时,同时通入氟气,使其在500℃时反应,约5h生成氟化锡。若加热温度为150℃,反应不发生,若为200℃则生成氟化锡及氧化锡。

如用氧化锡为原料,300℃温度以下不反应,在400℃时有80%可转化为氟化锡,在500~550℃完全转化为氟化锡。

硫化锡与氟反应迅速,甚至在室温下也可反应生成氟化锡。

2.用一不锈钢或蒙乃尔合金制的圆筒,带有相应材质的真空阀门。在圆筒内放入已知量(约2mmol)的干燥锡粉末,再按化学计量略微过量的三氟氧化氮(NF3O)在-196℃用标准真空系统装置压入圆筒内。在180~200℃下加热混合物24h,氟化锡产率可高于99%。

碳酰氟(COF2)和亚硫酰氟(SOF2)与单质锡不反应,但它们与金属氧化物如氧化锡反应生成相应的氟化物。

注意三氟氧化氮是强氧化剂,当它与有机物或无机物混合时可能会发生爆炸,不要扩大合成规模。当三氟氧化氮与任何物质反应时,都应采取适当的安全防护措施。
