• 体外研究: Aegeline还可以防止表达毒性更大的A53Tα-synuclein突变体的细胞生长阻滞。细胞生长的恢复是通过抑制ROS水平升高、线粒体膜电位损失和细胞核DNA断裂、α-synuclein orBax表达细胞表现出的凋亡特征来实现的[1]。Aegeline对RPMCs的组胺释放有微弱的抑制作用,即使当thapsigargin诱导组胺释放时仍然能成功抑制[2]。
