体外研究 (Leu31,Pro34)-肽YY在大鼠额顶叶皮质膜制剂 (Y1)富集组织) 和兔大隐静脉 (Y1)体外生物测定) 中表现出高亲和力 (nM)但在 年2富集制剂 (大鼠海马) 中仅表现出低亲和力[1]。
体内研究 (Leu31,Pro34)-肽YY(0.1-1nmol/天;ICV;14天)对大鼠有抗焦虑和抗抑郁作用[2]。 动物模型:体重150-170 g的雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠,OBX/Sham模型[2]剂量:0.1、0.3和1 nmol/天给药:ICV,持续14天结果:OBX动物的过度运动和静止时间显著减少。扭转了OBX动物的社会接触不足。减少假动物的梳理行为。
