• 体外研究: 抗病毒剂1(化合物4i)对HeLa细胞(EC50=1845nm)、HMVEC细胞(TERT永生化人包皮微血管内皮细胞；ATCC-4025；EC50=367nm)、人巨噬细胞(EC50=297nm)具有抗病毒活性。抗病毒药物1在MT4细胞(人白血病T细胞)中的CC50为21μM[1]。
