| 稳定性 |
1.与强氧化剂、强碱反应。能溶于醇、醚等有机溶剂,可与水以任何比例混溶;高温下在水溶液中会缓慢水解。常温下稳定。毒性小。
化学性质:常温下稳定,加热时慢慢水解,生成磷酸二乙酯。于磷酸三乙酯中通入氯化氢时,生成氯代乙烷、磷酸一乙酯和磷酸二乙酯。与苯基溴化镁在醚甲苯混合溶液中煮沸时,生成苯基膦酸二乙酯和二乙基膦酸。磷酸三乙酯与丁醇及少量的丁醇钠一同煮沸时,生成磷酸乙基二丁基酯、磷酸二乙基丁基酯、乙醚和乙基丁基醚等。将磷酸三乙酯与苯胺一同煮沸,再与稀氢氧化钠溶液充分煮沸,生成二乙基苯胺。与吗啉一起加热到157~159℃,生成4-乙基吗啉。
2. 磷酸三乙酯在相当高的剂量下会产生麻醉样现象和显著的肌肉松弛。对脑胆碱酯酶产生抑制。对皮肤和呼吸道表面有刺激作用。大鼠经口LD50800mg/kg.生产设备应密闭,防止泄漏。操作人员应 穿戴防护装具。
