体内研究 烟酸黄原醇(烟酸黄原醇;75mg/kg;IP)能快速、短暂地改变肿瘤pO2,最大pO2值在烟酸黄原醇给药后10~30min内获得[1]。烟酸黄原醇能够在肿瘤复氧期间应用10gy的X射线对肿瘤进行放射增敏(放射反应增强1.4)[1]。动物模型:5周龄雄性NMRI小鼠[1]剂量:75mg/kg给药:IP结果:XN给药后10~30min,肿瘤pO2迅速、短暂改变,pO2值最大。
