复分解法将氯酸钠饱和溶液加入调液器,预热至60~70℃,加入氯化钡除去溶液中铬酸盐后送人反应器中,并加卤块进行复分解反应。然后再加入氯化钡和高锰酸钾饱和溶液,除去由卤块带入的硫酸盐和亚铁盐,滤出沉淀物,把滤液蒸发至116~123℃时,析出大量氯化钠,立即趁热过滤除去,将滤液送入结晶器在35℃左右分离出未反应的氯酸钠。把氯酸镁精制液在140~145℃下蒸发浓缩后冷却,制得氯酸镁成品。其
