描述 胰高血糖素对蛋白质和氨基酸代谢有显著影响。胰高血糖素抑制氨基酸并入肝脏、肌肉和胰腺的蛋白质,以增加氮的排泄,促进肝脏尿素合成,并增加肝脏转氨酶和尿素循环酶的浓度。胰高血糖素可以促进肝脏对氨基酸的摄取,增强其与肝糖原的结合,并降低血液中氨基酸的浓度[1]。
