    用于棉、丝、粘胶等织物的染色和印花
    【用途二】
    活性艳蓝 X-BR 主要用于棉、黏胶纤维绞纱及织物的染色,亲和力小,匀染性好,固色率在 60%左右,各项坚牢度均较好,尤其是浅色的日晒坚牢度好,很适用于染浅蓝色。也用于棉、黏胶纤维织物的直接印花,较多用于黏胶纤维织物。由于风印原因,一般限用于小块面。与活性红紫 X-2R 拼玫红色,与活性嫩黄 X-6G 拼绿色,用量仅为 1/10。也可用于染锦纶、蚕丝、羊毛以及锦纶织物、丝绸、铜氨纤维织物的直接印花。当用于棉与其他纤维混纺织物染色时,维纶、羊毛沾色严重,锦纶沾色,涤纶、丙纶、醋酸纤维不沾色。可用于涤棉混纺布、涤棉混纺针织布的二浴法染色,可与活性艳橙 X-GN 拼染墨绿色,与活性黄 X-R 拼浅绿色,或与两者混拼各种浅色。用作上蓝剂,可以增加棉针织漂白产品的白度。

【方法一】
以溴氨酸、2,4-二氨基苯磺酸、三聚氯氰为原料,首先将 2,4-二氨基苯磺酸与溴氨酸缩合,然后再进一步与三聚氯氰进行第二次缩合,经盐析、过滤、干燥得成品。。。
往第一次缩合锅中加清水 500L,搅拌下升温至 85℃。加入 191kg 溴氨酸 (100%),在搅拌下成均匀悬浮液 (总体积约 1000L)。随后加入 112.8kg 2,4-二氨基苯磺酸 (100%)、200kg 碳酸氢钠 (100%),升温至 85℃,保温 30min,加 10kg 氯化亚铜 (100%) 溶液 (不含游离亚硫酸钠)。控制在 83-85℃,pH=9 反应 3h。测终点 (取样在滤纸上展开,以溴氨酸消失为终点)。在 90℃继续保温 2h。
反应结束加水稀释至 4500L,搅拌 15min,加入轻质碳酸钙 150kg,在 75-80℃搅拌 30min,趁热过滤,除去紫色副品染料。
将滤液放入中和锅内,用盐酸调至 pH=2,加入溶液体积 10%-15%的食盐,搅拌 1h,取样测终点 (以滤纸上无蓝色渗圈为终点),过滤,得精制滤饼。
往溶解锅内加水 1000L,搅拌下加入碳酸钠 30kg 和精制滤饼,打浆,调整体积至 3000L,pH=7.5,得精制液。
往第二次缩合锅内加水 300L,加入 81.1kg (约 0.44kmol) 三聚氯氰,在 0℃以下打浆 45min,加入前步制得的精制液,在 15℃调整体积至 4500L,搅拌 1h,加入磷酸三钠,使 pH=6.5 左右;继续搅拌 3h,pH 值应保持在 6.3-6.5 之间,温度不超过 18℃。过滤,除去三聚氯氰杂质。
滤液收集于盐析锅中,往滤液中加入尿素 26.4kg (约 0.44kmol),于 1h 内升温至 43℃,加入滤液总体积 20%的食盐,于 40-42℃搅拌 2h,取样 (滤纸上斑点的渗圈清晰即可),过滤,滤饼于 80-85℃烘干,约得染料 410kg。
