偶合桶中放水1000L,液碱108kg,升温至60℃,搅拌加入乙萘酚79.3kg使溶解,并调整体积至3500L,温度30℃左右,备用。
在良好搅拌下,快速把CLT酸重氮液放入偶合桶,终点pH值10~11温度28℃,继续反应1h,pH值逐渐降至7.5~8。加入13kg松香溶解的透明溶液,pH值为8.5~9。把116kg氧化钡溶解于一定体积中,加入到偶合桶中,总体积为8000~8500L,终点pH值8~8.5, 继续反应1h,快速升温至100℃,保温1h。过滤,滤饼80℃进行烘干。得量255kg。
