其制备方法是将苯酚放入反应器中,通入氯气,通氯气时间约12h,前期反应温度60~65℃,后期2~3h为70~75℃,通氯气结束后保温1h,通入氯气的量为苯酚物质的量的3倍,中途严格跟踪分析,防止氯气过量,然后通入氮气赶除多余的氯气和氯化氢,反应后的粗品经亚硫酸钠处理,然后蒸馏得产品。
