硝酸钠法将锑块粉碎,与硝酸钠混合,在反应炉中加热通空气进行反应。所得粗锑酸钠经冷却、粉碎,用稀硝酸浸取使其进一步反应,然后再过滤、干燥、粉碎,制得锑酸钠成品。 氯化法将粗三氧化二锑粉与盐酸混合,在70~75℃下反应3~4h,生成三氯化锑,过滤除杂,于65℃以下通氯气氯化,生成五氯化锑。加水进行水解,使锑沉淀,洗涤除杂,过滤,与过量碱中和生成锑酸钠,再经真空过滤、洗涤、离心分离、干燥、粉碎、过筛,制得锑酸钠成品。
