• 体内研究: 在7个月大的无菌和常规雄性小鼠的肠道和粪便中测定了硫酸化和非硫酸化胆汁酸。无菌小鼠胆汁酸主要为胆酸、α-鼠胆酸和β-鼠胆酸[1]。在原代胆汁酸方面,与HFD对照组相比,高脂饮食(HFD)-大豆分离蛋白(SPI)小鼠的α-鼠胆酸显著降低[2]。
