稳定性

1.化学性质:工业制品为三种异构体的混合物,通常应尽可能除去毒性很大的邻位异构体。磷酸三甲苯酯是对热稳定的难燃性物质。在酸性溶液中较难水解。邻位异构体在乙酸中用硝酸硝化时,生成6-硝基-1-甲基苯酚。与碳酸钾加热时生成邻甲酚、4,5-二甲基氧杂蒽酮和具有杂酚油气味的液体。邻位异构体与氰化钾一起加热得到邻甲苯基氰和游离的邻甲酚。对位异构体与氰化钾一同加热时,生成对甲苯基氰和对甲酚。

2.对环境的影响:
一、健康危害

侵入途径:吸入、食入、经皮吸收。
健康危害:本品引起中毒性神经病,对体内假性胆碱酯酶有抑制作用,但不抑制真性胆碱酯酶。
急性中毒:大量口服先出现恶心、呕吐、腹泻,后出现肌肉疼痛,继之迅即出现肢体发麻和肌无力,可引起足、腕下垂。损害以运动神经为主。重者可有咽喉肌肉、眼肌和呼吸麻痹,可因呼吸麻痹而致死。亦可经皮肤、呼吸道吸收。
慢性中毒:长期小量接触邻位磷酸三甲苯酯,可出现与纪行中毒相同的神经系统损害。

急性毒性:LD505190mg/kg(大鼠经口)
生殖毒性:大鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDL0)3150 mg/kg(雄性,21天),对睾丸、输精管、附睾有影响。

危险特性:可燃。受热分解产生剧毒的氧化磷烟气。与氧化剂能民生强烈反应。
燃烧(分解)产物:一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氧化磷、磷烷。

6.应急处理处置方法:
一、泄漏应急处理

迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器,穿防毒服。不要直接接触泄漏物。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止进入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。小量泄漏:用砂土、干燥石灰或苏打水混合。大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容;用泡沫覆盖,降低蒸气灾害。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器中,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。

二、防护措施

呼吸系统防护:可能接触其蒸气时,应该佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(半面罩)。紧急事态抢救或撤离时,佩戴循环式氧气呼吸器。
眼睛防护:戴化学安全防护眼镜。
身体防护:穿胶布防毒服。
手防护:戴防化学品手套。
其它:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作毕,彻底清洗。单独存放被毒物污染的衣服,洗后备用。实行就业前和定期的体检。

三、急救措施

皮肤接触:脱去被污染的衣着,用肥皂水和清水彻底冲洗皮肤,就医。
眼睛接触:提起眼睑,用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗,就医。
吸入:迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。保持呼吸道通畅。如呼吸困难,给输氧。如呼吸停止,立即进行人工呼吸。就医。
食入:饮足量温水,催吐。就医。

灭火方法:消防人员须佩戴防毒面具、穿全身消防服。灭火剂:干粉、二氧化碳、砂土。

(一)固载杂多酸盐催化合成法

(1)固载杂多酸盐催化剂的制备 取一定量的TiC l4,加入12%氨水调至pH值为7-8,沉淀,经抽滤和洗涤至用0.1mol/LAgNO3检查Cl离子为止,烘干。将上述原料与一定量的经过预热处理的H4S iW12O40·ηH2O反应1.5h,整个过程溶液保持近沸状态,缓慢蒸除水分,烘干,得到组成为TiSiW12O40/Tio2的催化剂。

(2)合成 在反应器中加入定量混合甲酚,制备好的TiSiW12O40/Tio2催化剂(原料总量的1.0%),搅拌,加热至60℃开始滴加三氯氧磷,约1h内加完。升温至100℃继续反应,控制湿度在100-120℃待基本无HCI放出,反应约8h。过滤出催化剂,然后减压蒸馏去前馏分得产品,产率约85.5%。

(二)三氯化磷间接法(冷法)混合甲酚和三氯化磷在15-20℃下反应,生成亚磷酸三甲苯酯;然后在60-70℃通入氯气,生成二氯代亚磷酸三甲苯酯;再于50℃下进行水解,而生成磷酸三甲苯酯。最后经水洗、中和、蒸发脱水和减压蒸馏,截取340-360℃kPa)馏分作为成品。

精制方法:异构体分离困难,一般仅用减压蒸馏除去异构体以外的杂质。
