本品非易燃易爆物品。应贮存于阴凉、通风、干燥的库房中,密封保存,按一般化学品运输,防雨淋和日光暴晒。

稳定性

1.避免接触还原剂,酸,碱金属。有潮解性。在100g水中的溶解度为77.2g(25℃)、112.7g(80℃)。溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚。

2.有吸水性,易潮解。在106℃时失去一分子结晶水,在200℃则失去全部结晶水而成无水物。在空气中加热无水物,则分解而放出HCl,生成Mn3O4。在室温下易溶于水,极易溶于热水。溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚。

3.锰有毒,可造成中枢神经系统的损伤,有时出现胃部变化和多发性神经炎;之后出现初期中毒性脑病;后期为帕金森症,特点是:面部呆板、无力、情绪冷淡、语言障碍等。对皮肤有损伤,可造成皮炎、慢性湿疹。使皮肤上抓伤不易愈合,淋巴腺也普遍肿大。

健康危害: 个别人吸入高浓度氯化锰,可引起呼吸困难,甚至意识模糊。轻者头痛、咳嗽;重者严重兴奋、易怒、幻觉和妄想,有强迫行为和情绪不稳等表现。若发生慢性中毒,初期表现为神经衰弱综合征和植物神经功能障碍,继续发展可出现明显锥体外系损害为主的神经体征。

第六部分:泄漏应急处理
应急处理: 隔离泄漏污染区,周围设警告标志,建议应急处理人员戴自给式呼吸器,穿化学防护服。小心扫起,避免扬尘,运至废物处理场所。用水刷洗泄漏污染区,经稀释的污水放入废水系统。如大量泄漏,收集回收或无害处理后废弃。

1.开始时,在常温下将碳酸锰置于氯化氢气流中,直至不再产生二氧化碳。接着,在继续通氯化氢的同时,加热至暗红热状态。再在红热状态下熔融,经放置即析出MnCl2结晶。

2.取乙酸锰4g,加入装有分液漏斗的玻璃容器中,再加入苯15mL,用磁力搅拌器充分搅拌,并从分液漏斗慢慢滴入超过计算量10%的乙酰氯CH3COCl,充分搅拌30min后,生成二氯化锰的沉淀,过滤,除去母液,再加入与前面等量的乙酰氯,煮沸5min,用苯洗涤3次,每次用20mL。最后置氮气流中于200℃下加热3h。

3.菱锰矿  盐酸法 经粉碎的菱锰矿在反应器中与过量的盐酸反应完全后,加入石灰中和过量的盐酸,控制ph值为4左右,加入过氧化氢除去铁。然后在溶液中加入硫酸锰除去钙,净化后的溶液经蒸发、过滤、再蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化锰成品。其反应式如下:

4.软锰矿  盐酸法 将软锰矿与煤粉混合,还原焙烧生成一氧化锰,或锰矿直接与盐酸反应,经过滤除杂、浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化锰成品。其反应式如下:
