【方法一】
由N,N-二甲基苯胺经亚硝化、还原、重氮化和磺化制得。将二甲基苯胺和稍过量亚硝酸于0~5℃进行亚硝化,加完亚硝酸钠后进行还原,制成对氨基二甲苯胺。然后于0~5条件下进行重氮化,加完亚硝酸钠后再用亚硫酸钠进行亚磺化,制得敌磺钠。
因香兰素生产中废水含有对氨基二甲苯胺,用其来生产可省去亚硝化和还原两道工序。香兰素废水先用氨水中和至pH值7~8,加热至40℃左右,沉淀8~12h,除去焦渣。用苯将中和液中的对氨基二甲苯胺萃取出来,萃取液于130~150℃、21.28kPa条件下脱苯,然后在2.66kPa减压蒸馏至130~150℃,得对氨基二甲基苯胺精品。经亚硝酸钠重氮化和亚硫酸钠磺化,制得敌磺钠。
【方法二】
由N,N-二甲基苯胺经亚硝化,还原,重氮化和磺化制得。将二甲基苯胺和稍过量的亚硝酸钠于0-5℃进行亚硝化,加完亚硝酸后用铁粉还原,制成对氨基二甲基苯胺。然后滤去铁粉及生成的四氧化三铁,滤液用亚硝酸钠于0-5℃条件下进行重氮化。加完亚硝酸钠后再用亚硫酸钠进行亚磺化,反应到终点后,敌克松便沉淀出来。得到的敌克松原粉(干品)含量98%。也可以膏状物的形式作为产品,含量55%。生产这一规格的产品,每吨消耗二甲基苯胺310kg。香兰素生产的废水中含有对氨基二甲基苯胺,可用来生产敌克松,而且可以省去亚硝化和还原两道工序。
