MnTMPyP五氯化物用途MnTMPyP五氯化物是一种细胞可渗透的锰卟啉,可作为超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)模拟物和过氧亚硝酸盐清除剂。即使在过量的EDTA存在下,也显示出催化O | 2- |歧化的能力。MnTMPyP五氯化物还显示出对星形胶质细胞中H | 2 | O | 2 |介导的损伤的保护作用。 MnTMPyP pentachloride is a cell-permeable, manganese-porphyrin which acts as a superoxide dismutase (SOD) mimetic and peroxynitrite scavenger. It has displayed the ability to catalyze the dismutation of O|2-|, even in the presence of excess EDTA. MnTMPyP pentachloride also displays a protective effect against H|2|O|2|-mediated injury in astroglial cells. |
