| 体外研究 | BMP信号激动剂sb4(0.05μM-1μM;24小时)在血清饥饿条件下诱导PRECs细胞磷酸化SMAD-1/5/9,呈剂量依赖性[1]。BMP信号激动剂sb4(1μM;0-60分钟)可提高rhBMP4各浓度下的信号传递效率。这种作用在低浓度rhBMP4时最为明显,即sb4在0.4ng/ml rhBMP4时使BRE-luc表达增加2倍[1]。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系:原代小鼠肾上皮细胞(PRECs)浓度:0.05μM-1μM孵育时间:24小时结果:PRECs中p-SMAD-1/5/9丰度增加。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系:BRE-Luc细胞浓度:1μM孵育时间:0min,5min,15min,30min,45min,60min结果:稳定p-SMAD-1/5/9,增强转录反应。 |
